In traditional ruler design, the challenge of "clearly reading the scale markings" is often overlooked. Through thousands of user behavior simulations, we discovered that when the ruler's surface forms a 30° angle with the line of sight, muscle tension in the neck and back is minimized, ensuring the most comfortable reading experience. To address this, TiRuler introduces a groundbreaking golden-view bevel design, making every measurement as effortless and intuitive as turning the pages of a book.
Traditional Rulers often find themselves trapped in a dilemma: they are either "lightweight and easy to use but prone to slipping" or "heavy and safe but cumbersome to operate." Tiruler has achieved a triple breakthrough of "steady grip, precise cutting, and safe usage" through an innovative combination of "a thickened handle + blade path reconfiguration." This design ensures effortless single-handed gripping while completely isolating the hand from the dangerous zone of the blade.

TheStraightedgeis one of the most frequently used tools in daily life. We have set its maximum measurement range at100mm, a span sufficient to cover the vast majority of practical scenarios.
Upgrade inches
Please note： the Linear Scale standard configuration is in metric units (mm), and you can upgrade this to imperial units (in) in the add-ons sections. Because we use CNC-engraved dimension lines, the final model and quantity need to be determined during mass production.
Eternal Pen
TiRuler is thoughtfully paired with an exquisitely compact titanium magnetic pen, which securely attaches to the main body via built-in magnets, ensuring exceptional stability. Measuring 65mm in length and 6mm in diameter, this pen delivers the most comfortable grip for everyday use.
The pen tip is made of a special alloy material, with a specification of M5. During writing, friction between the tip and paper causes the alloy's metallic molecules to decompose and deposit onto the paper surface, creating a pencil-like writing effect.
Protractor
TiRuler has ingeniously transformed a foldable design into an ultra-versatile protractor, winning like from both professionals and hobbyists alike. We've meticulously engineered the ruler's hinge mechanism to seamlessly integrate protractor functionality, enabling smooth 180 ° deployment.
Internally, it is divided into precise scales of every 10 °, and externally marked with a 5 ° boundary line. With this design, when you need to measure and draw any angle, you only need to use the natural opening and closing action of the ruler to easily complete it
How to draw lines
Calipers
The main ruler is designed with a length of 103mm, offering an effective measurement range of100mm. To ensure measurement precision and reliability, we employ CNC machining for engraving the dimensional markings. Additionally, the tool's main body has been intentionally thickened and reinforced to guarantee stability during use.
The movement mechanism of the measuring claw adopts a clever combination of ceramic beads and springs, creating a paragraph-style movement. Each movement is made in units of2mm, providing clear and perceptible operational feedback.
To safeguard the internal structure of the measuring jaws and prevent damage caused by loss or accidental drops, we've incorporated a limit stop mechanism at the caliper's end.
The maximum effective measurement range is 100 mm. We have specifically formulated a numerical calculation rule, setting the main length of the calipers at 103 mm, while taking into account that the thickness of the measuring jaws is 3 mm. When measuring height, the reading starts from 0, and the upper edge of the measuring jaw serves as the measurement endpoint. For example, when you measure the height of an object and the measurement value displayed at the upper edge of the measuring jaw is 4.1 mm, you can use the following formula to calculate the actual height of the object: 10 - 4.1 = 5.9 mm.
